About the Conference

11th International Conference on the Quality and Safety in Food Production Chain is an excellent opportunity to bring together all stakeholders interested in quality and safety throughout the entire food production chain, including academia, industry, policy makers, and other relevant sectors – from farm to consumer and beyond.

The conference will be held in Wrocław on 17–18 September 2026. It will gather scientists from Poland and abroad, as well as representatives of the food, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, feed and related industries.

The conference programme will also include a special session dedicated to industry participants and young researchers, including members of student scientific societies and PhD candidates.

The latest achievements in the broadly defined fields of food science, biotechnology and molecular biology, as well as nutraceuticals, nutritional prevention of lifestyle-related diseases, and traditional and regional foods, will be presented and discussed.

Oral presentations and e-posters submitted to the conference will be peer-reviewed, edited, and published as conference proceedings, which will be available on the conference website.
